Whole Foods might be a chain, but that didn't stop Williamsburg from unleashing its trend-conscious mentality on the grocery store's inventory. The Bedford Ave branch of the health food grocery store comes complete with a touchscreen kiosk for locating specialty produce like white strawberries, starfruit, and Chinese long beans. The 51,000 sqft space includes an in-store restaurant, N4, that serves exclusive drafts from Red Hook Winery on tap and craft cocktails made with local liquors; an outpost of Luke's Lobster; and an OddFellows Ice Cream counter. There you have it -- shop local or perish.
